Shipping policy
We work hard to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience so we strive to send the piece of jewelry you have chosen as quickly as possible.
When you select item from our store the following
shipping options are available:
Delivery by registered mail- (Only inside Israel)- 3-7 business days- Free
Up to 14 business days delivery to the post office nearest your home.
In exceptional cases, the shipment may be delayed in a few days due to matters of the Israel Post.
Courier to home- up to 3 business days (excluding the day the order is placed)- 45 NIS
- Excluding the localities of Judea and Samaria (by telephone 052-6662492).
- Up to 3 business days from the date of delivery of the shipment to a private or workplace address. Please note: deliveries are made between the hours of 09: 00-17: 00, so it is recommended to give an address where you are during the day.
Express delivery for the same day (inside Israel only)- cost varies according to the location of the delivery (by phone 052-6662492).

Shipments to the world-
Via Eco Post- within 10-12 business days from the moment of delivery-40 NIS/ 12$
Ems- express mail- within 1-2 business days from the moment of delivery-
140 NIS/ 40$
UPS / DHL- within 3-5 business days from the moment of shipment-
140 NIS/ 40$
- There is no warranty for packages that are lost if the wrong address or phone number is entered in the order.
- In international shipments - we are not responsible if there is a delay that originates in customs and the policy of the country to which the package is sent.
- Please note that the delivery time in the various shipping options is from the moment the package is shipped. And does not reflect the time of item production.
- If the item is not in stock, production time is up to 14 business days.

Changes to existing order
Order details can be changed until 15:00 on the day of booking.Orders placed after 15:00 can be changed until the next day at 15:00.
Orders placed outside of a business day (weekend or holiday) can be changed until 15:00 on the next business day.

Gift Wrap
All products come packaged as a gift, but if you place an order for a gift and would like us to add a greeting card, please indicate this at the checkout.Write a greeting in a few words and we will make sure to attach and pack the gift.
Exchanges Returns And Refunds Policy
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to exchange the item within 14 business days of receiving the package and receive a credit for the purchase in the store only (shipping fees will not be refunded).
This does not apply to items that are not interchangeable from the Personal category (items with engravings) and items in pure gold.
The method of exchange is by choosing an alternative item in the studio or you can order our exchange service at a cost of 80 NIS (inside Israel Only) and our couriers will come and collect and bring you the alternative item.
Replacement transportation costs (round trip is the customer's responsibility).
Refunds
A refund will be given up to 48 hours upon receipt and a 5% deduction.All you have to do is send us the package back within 48 hours of receiving it (and send us the tracking number on WhatsApp-0526662492).
Once we receive the package back we can credit you up to 10 business days.

Warranty
We are sure you will be satisfied with the jewelry you purchased at Lee Bonk.But if a product arrived defective, we will take care of repairing it within 21 business days, no extra charge.
