Warranty and Products proper use

"Lee Bonk" products are manufactured in the highest quality.

We believe in our products and are proud to assemble our customers completely.

All items are handmade, in small quantities, maintaining a high level of finish and paying attention to every detail.

Lee Bonk jewelry is made of:

  • 925 sterling silver.
  • 14K Gold plated- high quality and durable 1 micron plated- with one year warranty (special order are available- 14K gold plated on pure silver without nickel).
  • Goldfilled (necklaces, earrings hooks) - Hypoallergenic.
  • 14K Real gold (available in18K gold- contact us for special order).
  • Zircon stones
  • Gemstons
  • Diamonds (can be set only on jewelry made of 14K Real Gold).

 Warranty for one year:  from the date of purchase for any defect in the jewelry (which was at purchase time only).

  • One year warranty for all platings.
  • The warranty is not include fractures, tears, blows or scratches.
  • Warranty for replacement or repair of the product applies only to products that have a defect at the time of purchase.
  • The warranty is valid only if the jewelry is reasonably used. The warranty is valid provided that the jewelry is kept under the recommended conditions of use.
  • For any inquiries within the warranty period, a receipt/ purchase invoice must be sent to us.
  • In custom-made orders- be sure to provide an exact size (can not use the size guide and do not always contact the designer).
  • Each change of size involves an additional payment of 80 NIS/ 22$ plus shipping.
  • Production time for items from the category "Custom Jewelry" - custom jewelry and also items made of 14k pure gold is up to 21 business days.
  • Other items will be shipped between 3-10 business days.
  • Rings are usually made to measure and this production time is up to 21 business days.

Products proper use:

Follow the instructions for keeping Lee Bonk jewelry so that they will kept shiny and colorful.

  • There is a warranty on the plating for one year from the purchase of the jewelry, after a year the cost of the plating is 80 NIS/ 22$ per item.
  • There is a warranty for falling stones (not including diamonds) and a tear that does not require soldering.
  • A tear/ fracture that requires soldering cannot be repaired at a cost of 40 NIS/12$.
  • There is no responsibility for the loss of the jewelry and/ or part of it.

It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the transportation/shipping of the product to the studio and back or to use the courier service of the studio at a cost of 40 NIS/12$ to each side of delivery.

Conditions of use Lee Bonk Jewelry

Pure silver and gold plating will naturally lose their color over time.

In order for you to be able enjoy the jewelry for a long time, there are a number of recommendations:

  • It is recommended to remove them before showering, bathing between or in the pool.
  • Avoid rubbing the jewelry and direct contact with oxidizing substances between: perfumes, cosmetics, detergents.
  • Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, bathing or exercising.
  • The jewelry should be kept in the air and not in an airtight box over time it destroys the coating-including in our jewelry box. It is recommended to store the jewelry in a dry place and not in the bathroom.
  • Silver jewelry can cope with time and can be cleaned using materials for cleaning silverware.
  • Jewelry made of real solid gold- there is no need to remove them before showering, bathing in between or in the pool.
  • The warranty is valid if the jewelry kept under the recommended conditions of use for preservation.
